FAQ’s

In the morning, we're out the door by 9:30am and I take them on a 2-mile loop up to Franklin Park and along the adjacent golf course.
Around mid-day I’ll take them on another walk/potty break and then out for a longer walk around 3pm (about 30 minutes).
When we’re not out on walks, the dogs usually spend their time playing, lounging on the couch, on one of the many dog beds, under the coffee table, and on the attached patio, weather permitting.

In my experience, a tired dog is a happy and well-behaved dog so I bookend each day with lots of stimulation and exercise.
I use positive reinforcement, training treats, toys/chews, and consistency/routine as tools to keep Luna and our guests on their best behavior.

I live alone on the third floor of a triple-decker in Jamaica Plain. The stairs are accessible for dogs in relative good health, but if your dog is elderly or has mobility issues, it might not be a good fit.
My apartment is a 3-bedroom condo with lots of natural light. The dogs are allowed on all furniture and deck (weather permitting).
Please take a look at my photo gallery to get a feel for the space.

The safety of all the dogs in my care is my top priority. For this reason, I am unable to care for:
-dogs that are not neutered/spayed
-puppies under 1 year
-dogs over 40 lbs that are leash reactive
-dogs that have a history of aggression towards other dogs/humans
